Class Schedule

Below is the class schedule for CrossFit Dunbar Cave Lab. Simply choose the type of class and click the link. We offer CrossFit classes five days a week and endurance three days a week. Open Gym times are available seven days per week.

If you’re looking to try out CrossFit for the first time, drop in to the gym and we’ll get you set up for a free trial. After arriving at the gym, please make sure you get in touch with a coach.  We can’t wait to meet you!

How Do I Decide Which Class is Right for Me?

The class you choose depends on your goals. If you’re looking to gain muscle strength through weightlifting, regular CrossFit classes will be for you. Open Gym times are not structured classes. The box is open for you to use as you wish for independent, self-directed workouts. If you’re looking to gain endurance for longer workouts, then try our CrossFit Endurance class.
