Our DCL CrossFit classes are the cornerstone of our program. These group classes will take you through a variety of movements that include elements of Gymnastics, Weightlifting, Plyometrics, and Endurance. These programs are done at a “High Intensity” that is relative to each individual. Because our class sizes are small (10 people or less) we are able to guide you through these movements with some one on one attention that large classes can’t offer. We firmly believe that our CrossFit classes will help all individuals regardless of your age, occupation, or physical limitations. We have worked with everyone from Grandmothers, cancer patients, and elite special operations professionals.
