While CrossFit is our core program, we know not everyone is ready to just jump on the band wagon. If the high skill movements are not what you are in to, then we have you covered. Our DCL Endurance program provides the idea of high intensity training but adds more cardio vascular fitness and less high skilled movements in to the program. We combine running, rowing, and biking with light weightlifting and gymnastics elements to provide you a fun and constantly varied cardiovascular heavy workout. This program is ideal for 5k and 10K competitors, as well as adventure racers. Email us for further details.
