Just Starting Out?

All members new to CrossFit must register for an On Ramp course. This one-time introductory course teaches the basic movements in CrossFit. Correct form and technique always comes first, thus those who have never completed an On Ramp/Introduction Course will be asked to register. Expect about 3 hours of individual attention with one of our coaches. Please wear comfortable clothes, appropriate shoes and bring a water bottle. Those who complete the On Ramp course will also receive a pass to try out their first two classes free before signing up for a membership.

CrossFit Class Membership Plans

Trying to decide which membership plan is for you? Contact us with any questions and we will be glad to talk!  There is no contract required; Just give us 30 days notice and we will cancel your membership.

  • Two people can attend an unlimited number of CrossFit classes per week.

  • This is for athletes looking to supplement their regular CrossFit programming with specialized competition preparation.
