Weightlifting Programming

Athletes who are interested in weightlifting without strict CrossFit workouts are encouraged to learn about what we have to offer. Programming can be completed either on-site at DCL or from a distance. We train athletes who are both highly driven in the pursuit of their personal goals as well as athletes who participate purely for the enjoyment.
