More Than Just Running
CrossFit Endurance combines running with a strength and conditioning program. It is an endurance sports training program dedicated to improving performance, fitness and endurance sports potential. We implement proven methods to make an athlete faster at shorter distances while increasing efficiency over long distances.
CrossFit DCL uses shorter, high intensity sprint intervals combined with weightlifting, calisthenics, and plyometrics to improve running efficiency and build muscular strength to prevent injury.
This program is ideal for both beginners and advanced runners. Whether you’re looking to accomplish your first 5K race or improve your marathon time, we’ve got you covered.
