Morning Zone/Paleo Smoothie
This simple smoothie can be mixed up and quickly chugged for a balanced burst of Paleo/Zone energy to start your day; it’s great for those of us who don’t prefer giant breakfasts, or those of us who simply find ourselves continuously rushing out the door. Enjoy!
Protein:
2 whole, raw eggs
1 cup Whole Milk (also includes carbs)
Carbs:
1 banana
1 cup Whole Milk (also includes protein)
Fat:
9 Almonds or 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
*Easily enhance the flavor a bit by adding a drop of pure vanilla (or other flavored) extract.
